What does it mean to be a singaporean.

Being a Singaporean to me is being a gracious and harmonious citizen in our harmonious country. Singapore is a multi-racial country and we as Singaporeans should really be proud of that. Actually, I'm really proud to be a Singaporean because there is a lot of things that we can succeed on. Furthermore, we have peace in our country which many countries lack on. Singapore has done a lot for me. I've gained experiences from different events. For example, i performed on National Day celebration this year with the presence of our very own Prime Minister. If Singapore doesn't planned or organise events like this that gives us a chance to interact with the Prime Minister, i can never have a chance to show off my talents. Other than that, Singapore has really advanced in a lot of areas. We have public transports here, everywhere, that allows us to go wherever we want to easily. This way, i can easily travel from one place to another, without worrying getting late or without worrying how to get there. My dream is to make Singapore proud of me one day, i hope to represent Singapore and make my country proud of me. I want the countries in the world to know that Singapore is no ordinary country although its only a tiny red dot. Whatever it is, i would not leave Singapore as this is where i belong and where i grew up. This is the land that taught me eveything, and no way am i going to leave it. But if i have to one day, this wonderful country will not be forgotten.
